It’s that special time of year where we every second person is either sneezing or coughing in your face! We can either lock ourselves in the house and avoid contact with everyone to or we can attempt to stay as healthy as possible.
Pulling together a little care package for a friend or loved one is a sweet gesture that is always appreciated. You know yourself that when you feel sick and helpless, there is nothing better than a home-cooked meal from a friend, a bunch of flowers and a magazine or a simple get well card. I have a little trick to share with you that is guaranteed to cheer up the miserable patient!
A few ideas for you...
- A great mug for honey tea but also to use as a container
- A packet of tissues or even better a hanky
- Throat lozenges
- Throat spray
- Bunch of Eucalyptus for the smell
- Lip balm
- Hand wash
This is such an easy thing to make up and the love your friend will feel is the best gift of all. You might not cure their sickness, but you will show them that you care.
