As the weather warms up and the days grow longer and lighter, so should our eating habits.
No more snuggling under a blanket and eating hearty comfort food, it's time to start planning for summer and give our eating habits a little spring clean. I love hoping for fresh produce in spring - everything is so fresh and green and there are lots of new and gorgeous fruits and vegetables available.
