Lockdown is getting tougher, so what does that mean? We work harder. That’s all. We stick to the rules, we stay indoors, we communicate online, we order in, we check in on each other, we call helplines when we question ourselves, we keep check on our emotions, and we congratulate ourselves on our resilience. Because we can all do this, we can wear masks, and we can beat this virus. Together. In between working from home, staying on top of life and maintaining our sanity - what can we do that’s fun? What can we do with our time that is positive? That makes us feel good and possibly learn something new about ourselves….We can learn! We can pick up an online class and breathe a fresh breath of air into our days.
